Uno Montho...

Yeah, from the title of this post, you KNOW I don't speak a lick of Spanish...Anyways...Today is June 2!  Austin's 1 Month Birthday!  I can't believe we've had this little guy for a month already!  It's flown by, but at the same time, I can't remember what life was without him!  In the past month he's already:
1) Held his head up for 30 seconds+ and lowered it down gently by himself.
2) Smiled and is still smiling!
3) Taken a couple baths (see last post) and lots of showers (he loves those!).
4) Has grown over a pound and is in the 99% for height!  (23.5 inches!).
5) Slept almost a whole night, with quick breaks for nursing.
6) Been babysat by family members.
7) Played with the family dogs.
8) Gone for lots of walks and outings.  (With mom carrying a crap load of hand sanitizer!).
9) Had family prayers with us everyday and night.
10) Has been read a lot of books and scriptures.
11) Coos and grunts all the time.  He tells lots of stories!

12) Has the cutest belly button ever!  It's a swirl!
13) Loves classical music, car rides, and walks in his BOB stroller. (Thanks, Opa!)
14) Has had his first photo shoot.
15) Made his parents the happiest, and most tired, people in the world!

One Month.  He's grown so much!  I'm sad it's going so fast!

As you can see, this little guy is just about the best thing that has happened to us.  I'll admit that sometimes its been really tough adjusting to a new lifestyle, but its been such an amazing blessing to have Austin in our home.  Gregor and I adore him and are so happy to be the parents of such a big-spirited little boy!
